$195 per person for a 3 hr parenting class.

A guided workshop to help parents identify the areas in their lives that they need help with parenting & find skills that will assist them in supporting their children & teens.

Each group $65 per session.

Group runs for 10 weeks. (payment in full for group due at time of registration)

Evidence-based treatment that is geared towards helping individuals who struggle with anxiety, hyper-perfectionism, poor social skills/interpersonal functioning, rigidity, risk aversion.
