Being a parent and knowing how best to help your child or teen can be difficult. With all of the pressures of peers and society, along with the basic struggles of growing up - navigating these areas can be a challenge for both the child and parents. In this workshop support for not only the children but also the parents is gained through the following points of:
being able to identify anxiety & depression symptoms at the appropriate developmental stage
learning basic skills and tools for coping with depression & anxiety
create Individualized plans to fit your children’s needs and your own parenting style
learn when it is time to get professional help for your children or yourselves
suicide prevention and how to ask the hard questions
gain more resources for both the children and parents
Workshop Details ~
This is a small group workshop with a max of 16 participants (participants can come individually or in pairs).
Participants will leave the workshop with a personalized outlined list of specific symptoms for your child or teen, as well as tangible tools and a plan for you and your children.
