My passion is to create an experience for any individual to find hope and peace during times of difficulty and trials. I find that healing best comes through combining all aspects of the client’s life: mental, physical and spiritual, as well as through empowerment. I graduated from the master’s program in counseling at Lewis & Clark College with a specialization in addictions and have spent the last several years working with a variety of populations, including children, adolescents, couples and families. In my practice I currently specialize in working with adolescents, PTSD, anxiety and depression.
